Sarah Wilkins began drawing her world as a young girl growing up in New Zealand.

After completing her studies she began her travels around the wider world steadily building a career as a freelance illustrator.

Over time her work has developed the unique combination of sharp-eyed visual wit, sophisticated colour and graceful hand-lettering that now sets her work apart.
Her whimsical and elegant style remains refreshingly painterly in an increasingly digital world.

Based in Paris, she works for clients in the United States as well as Europe, and her illustrations feature in books, magazines, advertising campaigns and an increasing array of beautiful products on both sides of the Atlantic.
